The Apprentice star Tre Lowe has shared the inspiring final message he received from Lord Sugar after getting the boot from the show.
Entrepreneur Tre - alongside fellow contestants Paul Midha and Flo Edwards - just missed out on the final when he was fired in the penultimate episode of this year's series.
After reviewing the business plans of all five finalists with a finetooth comb, Lord Sugar decided Phil Turner and Rachel Woolford would battle it out in the final.
Revealing his decision, the seasoned businessman told the boardroom: 'Tre, I've always said to people in this process that you will learn as you go along, and that includes me.
'And I have learnt that you are a good bloke. Your business is not up my alley mate, and so it is with sincere regret, You're Fired!'

The businessman shared that Lord Sugar (pictured) told him 'keep in touch' implying the door was open for a potential business or mentorship opportunity in the future
Although he got the sack, Tre shared with The Mirror that Lord Sugar implied a business partnership could still be on the table.
Even though Tre failed to make it past the strong final five, he divulged that the 'door is still open' with Lord Sugar.
'I mean, we all got the "keep in touch" and it was the most sincere, genuine keep in touch and keep in touch means that opportunity potential for investment or mentorship is still there,' he told the publication.
'And I think that's telling, the level of respect that Lord Sugar had for all five of us.
'So, of course, it's gutting to not have made it to the finals, but I still feel that door is still open with Lord Sugar. He was clear with that with all of us, so that feels great.'
The businessman also revealed who he wants to see bag the win on this year's Apprentice.
Describing her as a 'sister', Tre shared that he is firmly team Rachel.
Explaining why he hoped his fellow contestant would take the crown, Tre said many of his greatest moments and wins on the show had happened with Rachel.

According to Tre, the pair became so close they would not even need to communicate - just a glance would do.
Tre continued to shower Rachel with praise, describing her as the perfect numbers partner in the challenges.
Although he is backing Rachel until the very end, Tre expressed his utmost respect for 'resilient' Phil who made it all the way to the final despite nine losses.
Describing the finalist's business plan as 'incredible', Tre hailed Phil adding that he had earned his place in the final two.
Paul - who also missed out on the final - was also 'absolutely gutted' that he would not receive that guidance from Lord Sugar, however he was proud of how far along in the competition.
Tre also shared that he is firmly 'Team Rachel', adding that many of his best moments happened with his fellow contestant on the show
